Agoda Charged Extra After Booking – I Want an Explanation & Refund

I made a hotel reservation through Agoda, selecting my stay and completing the full payment as displayed. However, when I checked my bank statement, I noticed that an additional ₺165.39 was charged to my card without any prior notice.
What is this extra fee for? Why was I not informed before completing my payment? This is extremely frustrating, as customers should not be surprised by unexpected charges after booking. Agoda must clearly disclose all fees upfront, not after the transaction is completed.
I demand an immediate refund of the extra amount and a proper explanation for this charge. Agoda, fix this issue and ensure full transparency in your pricing!
