Agoda Unauthorized Deduction and Refund Request for Agoda Booking at Stella Beach Hotel

I wanted to check the room price for Stella Beach Hotel All-Inclusive in Alanya Okurcalar through Agoda, but no price information was displayed without receiving a confirmation, and 16,949.38 Turkish Lira was deducted from my credit card. When I realized the money was deducted, I was shocked and immediately canceled the reservation. Since the transaction was erroneous, I canceled the reservation. The received feedback confirmed the cancellation but indicated that the deducted payment would not be refunded. I believe this is unlawful and urgently demand the refund of the deducted amounts without my consent. If I do not receive my money back within 14 days, I will be forced to take legal action. Reservation number: 1014079316 I have contacted the hotel. The hotel stated that they have no agreement with Agoda, did not receive any sales or reservation information from them, and that I was deceived by Agoda. They said only Agoda could process the refund. Please refund me the 16,949 TL that was wrongfully deducted from me. I am unable to connect with Agoda.

I contacted Agoda. They told me that they were discussing a refund with the hotel, but when I spoke with the hotel, they said that Agoda had never contacted them and that there was no reservation under my name. I will pursue all legal avenues.

The hotel does not recognize Agoda. Agoda is not giving me my money back. They keep stalling me. They took my money without my permission and are not refunding it now. Agoda is a regret. Agoda and Stella Beach Hotel in Okurcalar, Alanya have officially scammed me. I keep sending emails. They keep giving evasive answers. They keep telling me they are waiting to hear from the hotel. They haven't contacted the hotel even once. Agoda is a regret.
