I strongly advise against working with Agoda as my experience with them was a complete disaster. I hosted through the Agoda app, but even though we had only one guest for months, we couldn't receive their payment. At first, they promised that the payment would be made after the guest's stay, but it didn't come through. When we called, they repeatedly extended the payment date first to March 17th, and it still hasn't been received as of March 2nd. Initially, they would answer our calls immediately, but as time went on, they stopped answering or would keep us waiting. It was a complete waste of time and effort. Don't let Agoda steal your money and time. I strongly suggest working with trustworthy companies like Airbnb or Booking, who will make payments on time as promised.
