Sidra App Login Captcha Not Showing

I am using the Sidra mobile app on a Vivo v2026 device and I have been unable to log in for about a week. I had logged out because I was having a problem with claiming tokens, and since then, every time I try to log back in, the app tells me that I must complete a captcha, but no captcha is displayed on the screen. Because of this, I am completely blocked from accessing my account. I contacted Sidra support via sidrasupport.com and was given the ticket ID “cmm5cwq3e0pdqo801bd4mxvcj” and asked to save it, but I have not received any reply or solution so far. I still cannot log in and the same captcha error continues. I request that you investigate this login problem, clearly explain why this captcha issue is occurring, and provide me with a working solution so that I can access my Sidra account again without errors.
