Agoda Refund Issues and Check-in Difficulty

I made a room reservation through the Agoda app last night for today, August 6th, after midnight. Retroactively, it's impossible to select dates on the calendar! Since it was past midnight, the date is considered correct. However, when we checked into the hotel, we were informed that the room for the chosen date was already occupied and would only be available at 11 a.m. They could accommodate us only at 2 p.m.
We were in a very difficult situation and desperately searched for another hotel at 2 a.m. Additionally, we lost our money. Due to the lack of contact options, we couldn't address the issue, and a significant amount of our time was wasted by this confusion in the middle of the night.
I request a resolution to this situation and a refund of the money. Moreover, adjustments should be made to the calendar to indicate clear times of the day and specify hotel check-in times. Our evening was needlessly ruined; we were truly at our wits' end due to exhaustion.
