I’m having a major issue with Agoda. Even though I selected my travel dates correctly, once I moved on to choose a room, the system automatically changed the dates, and I ended up booking a room for the wrong date.
I immediately tried to cancel or change the reservation, but I’ve been completely unable to reach any customer support representative. I’ve searched the app and the website, but there’s no real help or human contact available. This has caused unnecessary stress, and I urgently need this resolved.
Agoda, I’m asking you to either change the booking to the correct date or issue a full refund. Please respond to this matter immediately. It’s unacceptable that users can’t get help when your system makes an error.
