Please Review My Umingle Ban Caused by an Unsent Chat Draft

I have an Umingle account that I use through your website, and it has recently been banned. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding and I would like my account to be reviewed and the ban removed. The ban seems to be related to a message I was about to send in the chat. Another user wrote that they are a “ladis”, which I understood as “ladies”, and I wanted to confirm this in a friendly and respectful way by asking whether that person is a girl or not. However, I did not send the message; it stayed only as a drafted text and was never sent to the other person. Despite this, my account is now banned. Since the message was never actually sent and my intention was not harassment or disrespect but simply clarification in a friendly tone, I think the ban decision is unfair. I kindly request that my chat records and account activity be checked in detail and that my account be unbanned as soon as possible. I am ready to provide any additional explanation if needed.
