Restore My Umingle Account Without Requiring Payment

I am writing to report that my standard user account on Umingle has been unfairly banned. While I was using the platform, my account was suddenly banned with the reason stated as “Gender Searching.” I did not engage in any harmful or abusive behavior, and I was not given any prior clear warning or explanation about this ban. When I try to log in now, I see a screen saying that I am banned with a Ban ID and an option for “Instant Unban” only if I pay ₹99. I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to make a payment just to have my access restored, especially when I did not intentionally violate any rules and was not properly informed. My clear request from Umingle is that my account ban be lifted without any payment requirement and that my access to my account be fully restored. I also request a proper explanation of the reason for this ban and assurance that I will not be forced to pay to recover my account in the future.
