Agoda Confirmed My Terra Rossa Suites Reservation, But Hotel Had No Record

I booked a one-night stay at Terra Rossa Suites through Agoda, and the reservation was confirmed on the Agoda app. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my booking in their system. To make matters worse, I tried to cancel or modify the booking through Agoda, but their platform won’t allow me to do either. On top of that, Agoda has no Turkish customer service, making this situation even more frustrating. I paid for a room that I couldn’t use, and now I can’t get a refund. Agoda, I expect a full refund for this booking and better support for customers. This experience has been incredibly disappointing!
