Agoda Istanbul Hotel Booking Canceled – No Refund or Support Provided
I booked a hotel in Istanbul, Taksim through the Agoda website. After staying for just one night, my fully paid reservation was suddenly canceled without any explanation. I tried to contact Agoda for support, but it has been impossible to reach them through their website or customer service channels.
I am requesting a refund for the one night I paid for, but I can’t get in touch with Agoda. The hotel staff told me that they cannot process the refund directly and that I must get it from Agoda, leaving me stuck in the middle without help from either side.
I expect Agoda to issue my refund immediately and improve its customer service accessibility for future users.
You should never use this company, they do not help in any way. I used two services at the hotel, I had to stay for one night because I arrived at night. Even though the hotel canceled my room the next day, they are not even refunding my one night's payment. They say they will help in English, but which country did I stay in, in which language did I purchase the service?
