Agoda.com Reservation Date Change Issue
I made a hotel reservation through Agoda.com. The payment was made upfront, but I accidentally entered the wrong date. There is no Turkish customer representative to contact. While trying to resolve the issue, I ended up canceling the reservation I had already paid for. Later, I spoke with a foreign representative (not Turkish). Despite having made the payment, they did not change my reservation date because I clicked on cancel, and they did not refund my money either. I ended up wasting my money and was left without a hotel. I have never seen such an unresponsive and unhelpful application where I couldn't find anyone to address my concerns.
