Hotel Canceled My Agoda Booking, No Refund or Support Received

My hotel reservation was canceled by the hotel itself, and they informed me that they were waiting for Agoda's confirmation. However, in the app, my booking still appeared as active. When I attempted to cancel the reservation myself, I was told it was past the cancellation period and against the hotel’s policy.

When I explained this to the hotel, they insisted they had already informed Agoda and were awaiting their approval. Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to get in touch with Agoda to resolve this issue, and I still haven’t received my refund. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Agoda, I need my refund processed immediately and clear guidance on resolving this issue. Please address this urgently.
