Adobe Charged Me for Months After I Canceled — Demanding $83 to Stop Billing

On August 13, 2024, I purchased a monthly plan through the Adobe app with the order number AE03865300014ETR. I only used the first month and then immediately canceled my subscription. However, despite this, I continued to be billed in the following months without my knowledge. I noticed this in November, and I am absolutely certain that I canceled the plan.
I used my credit card as the payment method. Right now, my account shows charges for August, September, and October. When I contacted Adobe customer support, they sent me a link and told me that the cancellation could only be processed after I paid approximately $83 USD. I am also constantly receiving error messages regarding the payment method.
I do not want to be billed for a subscription that I used only for the first month and then canceled. I request a refund for all unjustly charged amounts and the complete cancellation of my subscription. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
