Adobe Charged My Card Without My Consent - Did Not Process the Refund

On March 4, 2025, Adobe charged 10,051 ₺ to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I did not renew the product this year, and I do not have an active contract. I submitted a cancellation request on the same day to both my bank and Adobe. Despite this, I have not received any notification, message, or explanation regarding the charge. It has now been a month, and I still haven’t received any response. Although the cancellation was confirmed in your system, the refund has not been processed. My card balance is insufficient to cover this charge, and I urgently request the immediate refund of 10,051 ₺ to my account.
