Adobe Charges Me Monthly After Free 100GB Trial I Can’t Cancel
I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud’s 100GB storage plan just to check it out. I never used the service, and I certainly never intended to subscribe—but now Adobe is trying to charge me every month, and I can’t cancel it.
I’ve tried repeatedly to stop the billing, but the cancellation process is confusing and inaccessible, especially for users in Turkey. I’m only able to reach an English-speaking assistant, and there’s no local support to actually resolve my issue.
Now, Adobe is trying to charge me around ₺7000 for something I never used. I feel completely trapped by a system that makes it easy to subscribe but nearly impossible to cancel. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and financially stressful.
All I want is to cancel this unwanted subscription and ensure no more payments are attempted. I also expect Adobe to waive the charges related to this trial, since I neither used the product nor agreed to a paid plan. Please take immediate action to resolve this and make your cancellation process more transparent and accessible to international users.
