First, make sure that your Creative Cloud desktop app is totally up to date. Then, stop and start the sync process again. This often gets it going again after it has stopped.

To clear your Creative Cloud cache, close all Adobe programs and delete or rename the "CoreSync" or "AdobeCloudFiles" cache folder. Then, open the app again.

Make sure your cloud storage isn't full or overflowing and look for file name conflicts (no illegal characters, path length, or rights).

Make sure that the "Adobe Creative Cloud" login item is turned on for macOS so that sync services always run in the background.

To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, press Ctrl+Alt+R on Windows or Cmd+Opt+R on macOS. You can also use the official Adobe Cleaner tool to remove the app and then reload it.

These are key solutions that we can offer. If you have more, please share.
