Adobe Acrobat Pro Unauthorized Payment Dispute

Even though I do not have any subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro, I recently realized that payments have been taken regularly for the past four months. Moreover, these charges were not made to my card, but to my brother’s card, and we had absolutely no knowledge of or consent for these transactions.
Although I previously filed a complaint about this same issue and requested cancellation, charges have continued for the past four months at $9 per month, totaling $36. Despite not starting any subscription knowingly, signing any agreement, or giving any authorization, these payments have continued, causing me financial harm.
I demand that Adobe fully refund the total of $36 taken from my brother’s card over the last four months without our knowledge or consent, and that the related Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription be immediately and permanently canceled. I also request a clear written explanation of how and with what authorization this subscription was initiated.
