On January 1, 2026, a charge of $11 was deducted from my Kuveyt Türk bank account under the name “Adobe Saggart, Dublin.” When I checked my Adobe account, I found no active subscriptions or paid plans associated with my email address. Despite this, I noticed that similar charges have been recurring at intervals over the past three months, and money has been withdrawn from my account multiple times without my authorization.
Being charged for Adobe Acrobat Reader—a service I do not use and do not have a subscription for—without my consent is extremely disturbing. I have not received any invoice, email, or SMS notification regarding these charges. Even though I attempted to cancel any possible subscriptions and remove my card information, the issue has not been resolved.
I demand a clear and detailed explanation of why these charges were made and under which subscription they were processed. I also request a full refund of all amounts withdrawn without my permission as soon as possible, and that all necessary security and subscription checks be carried out to prevent this from happening again. Additionally, I want this apparent subscription and any paid services under my name to be completely canceled. I kindly request that my issue be resolved urgently.
