Adobe Acrobat Charged Me Without Consent, Then Took a $45 Cancellation Fee

On November 6, 2025, while reviewing my bank transaction history, I noticed that $11 USD had been withdrawn from my account by Adobe Acrobat. I had no knowledge of any such subscription, nor did I receive any notification about it. I then canceled the subscription. This time, because I canceled it, an additional $45 USD early-termination fee was withdrawn from my account. For an application I haven’t used even once in four months, Adobe charged me $11 USD without informing me, and now they’ve also charged a cancellation fee. I am completely unable to reach Adobe Acrobat.
I am requesting a full refund of these charges. Otherwise, I will take legal action.
