Newly Purchased Adidas Shoe Has Misaligned Tongue – Store Refuses Replacement

I recently bought a pair of Adidas shoes, and after wearing them, I noticed a clear manufacturing defect: the tongue on the left shoe shifts to the side. This issue is immediately visible and not something I can fix myself. Even though I purchased them only three days ago, the store insists on sending them for inspection, which feels unnecessary given how obvious the defect is. I’m simply requesting an exchange for a properly made pair. I expected better support from Adidas for a clear quality issue like this.
Progress
I bought shoes from Adidas and initially tried them on with no issues. The staff member brought them from the stockroom in a box. When I wore the shoes that day, I noticed that the left tongue was completely slipping. I took them back to the store, and since I had worn them, they sent them for inspection. The response from the inspection was that it was due to usage. How can the tongue of a shoe slip due to usage? Even the store employees were surprised by this response because it's obviously a manufacturing defect, noticeable even when the shoe is just sitting there. I complained everywhere, but I'm really surprised that Adidas did this. I've been dealing with this for two months. Adidas's customer service doesn't offer any solutions either; everyone just says they can't intervene with the inspection unit. Never again!

I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Adidas is so indifferent that they don't care at all. There is no one to address or take care of the issue. But I will pursue my rights.
