I purchased a pair of shoes from the Adidas store at Gaziantep Prime Mall. It has been 23 days since I bought the shoes, and I noticed tears on the side. I wanted to send the shoes for inspection, and the store assured me they would provide results within 21 business days. I left the product at the store, expecting a response within the specified time frame. However, 34 business days have passed, and there has been no message or call. When I visited the store, they claimed they had sent the product for inspection, but they had not received any information yet. a week later, when I contacted customer service, they said they didn't know where the product was and joked, saying it's in the cargo but hasn't reached inspection.
