I purchased a pair of Samba model shoes from the Adidas store in Çorum city center on March 15th and used them without any issues for about ten days. However, within a short period, the suede part on the right shoe developed a tear and serious deformation. I only used the shoes daily and under normal conditions; what’s interesting is that there is no problem with the suede on the left shoe, but only on the right side this issue occurred.
In May, I submitted the product to the store for inspection and waited about a month for a response. However, I received a negative reply from the Adidas store, and no exchange or repair was carried out. Afterwards, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee; the process is still ongoing and I am waiting for a decision. I have not yet received my invoice.
It does not seem fair to call this a user error when only one side of the product deforms in such a short time. I am very upset both because of the indifferent and mocking attitude of the store staff and the victimization I have experienced. I expect the product to be exchanged or refunded.
