Last year, I bought a pair of Adidas shoes from the seller "northsport" on the Hepsiburada platform. Once I noticed the shoes starting to fall apart, I decided to send them in for inspection. Good news! Adidas has confirmed that the shoes were defective and they will be providing a refund.
Nevertheless, the refund is currently being processed at the same price of ₺1999 that I paid twelve months ago. The price for those shoes has doubled, making it impossible for me to afford them anymore. It's rather unfair for the company and seller to expect a refund without taking into account the impact of inflation.
