Adidas Refused to Honor Warranty for Faulty Shoes



I bought a pair of Adidas shoes from Northsport, a store on the Hepsiburada online marketplace. After using the shoes for five months, cracks started to appear on the sides and near the toe. I reached out to Northsport and they requested that I send the shoes to them for further inspection by Adidas as part of the warranty process.
I followed the instructions exactly and went the extra mile by giving thorough explanations and including pictures of the harm. However, Adidas insisted that there was no issue with the product and declined to honour the warranty.
If Adidas isn't going to back up their products, then I see no point in continuing to purchase from them.
I kindly request that Adidas:
Please reconsider your decision and honour the warranty on my shoes.
Can you please explain why my shoes are not considered defective? I would appreciate a detailed explanation.
