On January 11, 2025, I ordered a pair of Adidas Samba shoes (size 43) for my spouse. While tracking my order on the Adidas website, I noticed that it was marked as undelivered and returned via Yurtiçi Kargo. However, the package had actually been delivered to me the same day via Hepsijet.
Since the shoes ran small, I immediately returned them, expecting a smooth process. But due to a mix-up on Adidas’ website, my refund has been delayed unnecessarily. According to their system, my return was received at the warehouse on January 21, 2025. Despite the 14-business-day refund policy, today is February 14, 2025—24 days later—and I still haven’t received my money!
I have called multiple times, but they keep making excuses. Why is Adidas taking this long to process a simple refund? Even lesser-known brands issue refunds instantly, yet Adidas is dragging this out with no justification.
If I do not receive my refund immediately, I will escalate this matter legally. Adidas, process my refund now!
