My Adidas Shoes Unwearable After 2 Wears But Refund Denied

On March 23, 2024, I bought a pair of shoes from the Adidas store at 212 for ₺2,765.90. Unfortunately, I could only wear them twice. The pressure on my right footbone is so great that it's obvious there's an issue with the fit, making it impossible to wear. So I returned to the store where I got them and asked for a refund. The store manager advised me that they do not take returns but could make an exchange request. They said, "I had the same difficulty with mine; it's a tight fit. I inserted a shoe stretcher and the problem was resolved. "You should do the same." Why should I have to take an extra step for shoes that cost so much? I trusted Adidas when I made my purchase, however it appears that you are not standing by your products. I don't intend to shop with this brand again and expect a prompt answer to my problem.
