I Face Side Tearing on My Son’s Adidas Shoes in 2 Months, Warranty Denied

I bought a pair of Adidas sneakers for my son during the November sales. Since the shoes are made of fabric and we live in Ankara, he didn’t start wearing them immediately. He only began using them in April, and within just two months, the shoes started tearing from the sides — a clear sign of poor durability.

When I contacted Hepsiburada for support, they told me the warranty was only valid for 3 months and that the period had expired. This contradicts what I was told at the time of purchase — both Adidas and other authorized sellers clearly state that the product comes with a 2-year warranty.

It’s incredibly unfair to be denied help based on the time of purchase rather than actual usage. My son barely got any use out of these shoes before they fell apart. I paid ₺ expecting quality and support, but got neither.

I demand that Hepsiburada and Adidas stand by their warranty policy and resolve this issue. I expect a full refund or replacement. Don’t let your customers down over a technicality.
