I purchased a pair of Adidas Campus sneakers from Mall of İstanbul, expecting long-lasting quality from a well-known brand. However, within just three months — and without wearing them daily — the inner lining at the heel area has completely torn. The damage is severe enough that the shoes are now unwearable, despite only being used lightly and with care.
This issue is clearly not due to misuse. I take good care of my footwear and rotate between pairs, so I’m confident the tearing is due to poor material or manufacturing. I’ve already submitted the product for review, and my application tracking number is T25542850.
I did not spend ₺ on Adidas shoes expecting them to fall apart this quickly. I expect Adidas to take full responsibility and either replace the product or issue a refund. A premium brand should stand behind its products and not leave customers stuck with defective items. Please resolve this issue fairly and promptly.
