Adidas clearly doesn’t stand behind the products they sell. They advertise their items as warrantied, but the moment something goes wrong, they simply respond with, “We’re sorry, we can’t fulfill your request.” This has happened to me more than once, and now I’ve had enough.
Most recently, I bought a pair of Adidas shoes for my 2-year-old child from the Venezia Adidas Outlet in Istanbul. Within just 1–2 months, the toe area completely separated, and the lining started to come apart, even though my child is just learning to walk and isn’t strong enough to damage shoes through force or rough play.
After relocating, I submitted the shoes for warranty review at the Söke Adidas Outlet in Aydın, and again received the same robotic rejection: “We’re sorry, we can’t fulfill your request.” This is unacceptable.
I used to buy 2–3 pairs of Adidas shoes every year, but I’m done. The same thing happened with another pair I purchased for myself earlier. Adidas clearly has no interest in honoring warranties and treats customers like their complaints don’t matter.
I will no longer buy Adidas products and urge others to think twice before trusting their so-called warranty.
