Adidas Warranty Claim Denied

I purchased a pair of shoes from Adidas Emek Sport, and they developed a fault. I initially received a negative response from the warranty service, but a second try yielded a positive result. Then the real difficulty started. Despite displaying the Adidas emblem, the stores refused to acknowledge each other and followed their own regulations, which is unacceptable. I paid ₺1,852 for the shoes and received a corresponding voucher. When I went to the Pelikan AVM store, there were only a few models, out-of-stock sizes, and even identical shoes weren't available. At the Marmara Park AVM, they directed me back to the original store where I bought the shoes. Pelikan AVM could not deliver the same shoes, therefore they insisted on using the price of the out-of-stock shoes as a reference, charging an additional ₺2,940, which is the market price of ₺3,250 (luckily). I ended up paying an additional ₺710 for shoes I didn't like. Legally, they should supply the higher model for free, yet they dismissively advise me to seek legal action. I opted to let it go for the sake of convenience, figuring I could swap them at another Adidas location. However, another retailer informed me that they were a different dealer and that I should return to the previous one. It's disappointing to see a brand I've trusted for years adopt such a complex system rather than improve over time.
