Adidas Misled Me With Store Signage in Hilltown

I shopped at the Adidas store in İzmir Hilltown and spent over an hour there. I liked the product and purchased it as a gift. However, after completing the purchase, I was informed that the store wasn’t actually an official Adidas store, but Yalı Spor, and that exchanges could only be made at other Yalı Spor locations. This information was given to me after the sale. If I had wanted to shop at Yalı Spor, I would have gone there in the first place. When we went for an exchange, they told us there were no sizes left and that we could only choose from new season products. Although the item was available in another city, they wouldn’t ship it because it was a discount period. We were forced to exchange it for a product that didn’t suit our needs. I believe this was intentional and that Adidas is complicit—otherwise, they wouldn’t allow Yalı Spor to use their branding so openly. I’ll also include a photo—looking at the store signage, would you think it belongs to Adidas or Yalı Spor? This kind of cooperation with Yalı Spor damages Adidas’s reputation. The blame here doesn’t lie with Yalı Spor, but with Adidas for allowing it.
