Discolored Adidas Sneakers Denied Warranty



I bought sports shoes from Adidas' online store and they were still under warranty. Despite this, discoloration occurred on the white sneakers. After contacting customer care and returning the items, I received an email that read, "According to our company's policies, even if the return is accepted, we will refund the price you paid." I purchased the sneakers two years ago for ₺500. If they accept the return, they will refund me ₺500. How can I purchase the identical shoes for ₺2500 now? Consider Adidas' current situation. I will not buy Adidas again, and I will not allow anyone around me to do so. Naturally, I asked for my shoes back. This behavior does not suit Adidas.
