Adidas Shoes Fell Apart in 1 Month—Warranty Denied as "User Error"

February 14, 2025 10:37 AM57

I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes, and in less than a month, the toe area started separating, and the heel developed tears. Given the short time frame, this is clearly a quality issue, not normal wear and tear.

However, when I sent the shoes in for warranty inspection, I was told it was a "user error." This is completely unacceptable—the damage is clearly a manufacturing defect, yet Adidas refuses to take responsibility.

If Adidas continues to deny valid warranty claims, why even offer a warranty in the first place? I expect a proper resolution! Adidas, stand behind your products or stop misleading customers with false warranty promises!
