Dear Authorities, First of all, I am writing this complaint text to share my great disappointment and grievance with you. I bought a pair of shoes from your store a while ago and I regret to express that this shoe has become unusable even after only 5 months. The fabric on the upper part was torn and the insoles inside were torn. I applied to your store, where the shoes responsible for this situation were returned, but as a result of the investigation, an unfair rejection decision was given to me. While I expected the shoes I bought to be durable and of high quality, unfortunately, on the contrary, I saw that they broke down unexpectedly. The fact that the fabric side of the shoe is torn in such a short time and the sole inside it hardens is clearly the result of a manufacturing defect or lack of quality control. I did not use any excessive force or misuse while using this shoe under normal conditions. In addition, considering the seasonal conditions I purchased, I did not use it excessively enough to wear the product. When I got back to your store, I found out that the shoe was sent for inspection and I waited for the result with hope. However, I am here to present my complaint to you because the decision to reject was truly disappointing. While it is obvious that the problems in the shoes are caused by manufacturing or material defects, I would expect a customer satisfaction-oriented approach. As a customer, it is my right to expect quality and durability in the product I buy. This experience, which shakes my trust in the products of your store, suggests that you have an attitude that does not care about customer satisfaction. I would like you to reconsider my right to a refund or replacement request so that this situation can be rectified and justice is done. As a customer who has shopped with you before, I greatly appreciated your brand and services. However, this negative experience I had has shaken my trust and damaged my faith in your brand. I hope this will be resolved in line with your store's customer satisfaction policies and be treated fairly when other customers, like me, experience similar issues. I await your return and your sensitivity on this matter. I hope you will take a fair and customer-oriented approach to the resolution of this complaint.
