Adidas Rejected My Request for Defective Takumi Sen 9 Shoes Used Only 5 Months

The Adidas Takumi Sen 9 running shoes that I purchased from the Viaport Adidas Outlet store on 12-05-2024 tore from the insoles of both feet after just 5 months of use, only for running training. I used the shoes fewer than 20 times, and despite this limited usage, both soles separated due to the poor quality of the material. On 10-10-2024, I returned them to the store for inspection. The store attendant acknowledged that the shoes opened at the same spot on both feet and agreed that this could not be a usage error, assuring me that my request would be accepted. However, by 16-10-2024, I had received no response, so I contacted customer service.
The representative informed me that my inspection request had been rejected and that the shoes would be returned to the store. I asked for a detailed explanation of how the decision was made so quickly and how both shoes could have the same defect, especially since I have been using Adidas and other premium brands for years without experiencing such an issue. Despite my request for more clarity, the customer service representative told me that they have no process for offering detailed feedback and could not help further.
I find it unacceptable that Adidas is not acknowledging this product defect or providing a proper explanation. I demand a clear justification for why my request was rejected, especially since both shoes have the same defect in the most sensitive areas—the sole and inside of the heel. This decision is unfair, and I expect more transparency from Adidas regarding this issue.
