The store employees admitted that it was a fabric manufacturing error. When the issue was escalated to the manufacturer (instreet), I received a message stating that the product had been examined and that no production-related errors had been discovered. perplexing, given that the fabric issue was clearly caused by manufacturing. As a customer, I feel mistreated also dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled and would appreciate a fair resolution to the fabric error in my shoes.
