Parimatch Deposit Pending After ₹3,500 Paytm Payment

On April 14, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹3,500 to my Parimatch account using Paytm. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, but on Parimatch it is still showing as “pending” and has not been credited to my account balance.

After noticing that the funds were deducted but not added to my Parimatch account, I sent an email to customer support yesterday. However, I have not received any response so far, and the issue remains unresolved.

I request that my ₹3,500 deposit be urgently checked and either credited to my Parimatch account immediately or properly resolved without any further delay. I also expect a clear update regarding the status of this transaction.
