Adidas Kids' Shoes Worn Out in 1 Month, Exchange Request Denied

January 23, 2025 5:36 PM20

I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes from the Viaport store (Invoice No: 386047, dated 14.09.2024) for my 7-year-old child, trusting the brand's quality and reputation. However, within just one month of normal use in the city, the shoes became so worn and deformed that they look as if they were used for three years. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience with a brand we’ve trusted for years.

When we requested an exchange, the company dismissed our claim, labeling the issue as "user error." I find it hard to believe that a child could cause such damage to shoes in just 30 days of typical wear. Adidas’s refusal to stand behind their product is upsetting and has eroded my trust in the brand.

We are awaiting a positive response and resolution to this issue. I urge Adidas to honor their reputation and provide an exchange or compensation for the defective product.
