On February 23, 2025, I bought a pair of Adidas Forum Low CL 3 sneakers from the Adidas Ankamall store. After only a short period of regular wear, the shoes began to fall apart. Specifically, the right shoe’s upper lining near the laces started tearing, and I also noticed seam separation near the sole and excessive pilling on the inner lining—all visible in the photos I submitted.
I returned the shoes to the store, and they were sent for inspection on April 15, 2025. However, I was shocked to receive a rejection claiming the issue stemmed from “lack of maintenance.” Are we supposed to service our shoes like a car now—with oil and water checks? This reasoning is completely illogical and insulting to customers.
The product was sold with a 2-year warranty, yet Adidas has refused to take responsibility for defects that appeared with normal, careful use. I expected better quality and customer care from a global brand like Adidas.
I am requesting that this decision be re-evaluated immediately. Either issue a replacement or refund, because this is clearly a product fault, not user negligence. Adidas, stand behind the warranty you promised and show your customers that quality still matters.
