Adidas Refund Not Processed
I placed an order on adidas.com on 8 November (Order No: ATR90580759) and received the product on 13 November, and because the size did not fit, I returned the product on 17 November via Yurtiçi Kargo using the return code provided by Adidas; the package was successfully delivered to Adidas on the same day. Despite contacting customer service multiple times by phone, email, and live chat, no refund has been processed and no clear information has been provided, and the customer service representatives were unable to track the return internally until I shared the tracking number myself.
