Adidas Return Refund Delay - Handball Spezial Sneakers Refund Overdue
I returned the Handball Spezial sneakers I purchased from adidas.com.tr on September 6, 2025, using Yurtiçi Kargo (tracking number: ads45328675-11) on September 10, 2025, using a return code. On September 12, 2025, the product was confirmed to have arrived at Adidas, and it was acknowledged that it had been received. My order number is atr90354103. I returned the product in full compliance with the return conditions, exercising my right of withdrawal. The wrong invoice was included in the box, so I placed it in the same box and sent it back. Even though I had the invoice in the system and as an e-invoice, my return was delayed due to the lack of an invoice. More than a month has passed since the refund of my credit card payment of ₺4779.20. I contacted customer service several times during this period; Each time, I was simply told, "Your file is pending," and received no written notification. I was directed to the shipping company, and I had to research the process myself. I shopped on the official Adidas website, trusting the customer, but this inconvenience and indifferent approach I experienced fell far short of my expectations. I demand my refund as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would like to inform you that I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
