I purchased sportswear from the Adidas online shop in Turkey www.adidas.com.tr and received my order on January 4 2025. Two sports shorts did not fit as they were too small. I wanted to exchange one for a larger size and return the other since it was out of stock. Due to technical issues on their website I was unable to start the process for a few days. When I finally managed to create the request No ATRX1006974 I packed the unused items with their labels attached filled out the dispatch note with all necessary details and placed them in the original paper bag. The package was delivered on January 9 2025 but since then I have received no updates. The last response to my support request on February 3 2025 only stated that the issue was forwarded to the relevant delivery unit yet I still have no refund or response. Their website now shows that my refund was canceled without explanation. This entire experience has been a complete disaster and I will never shop there again.
