Adidas Refund Not Received After Returning Shoes

I returned the shoes I purchased from Adidas on September 1 via Yurtiçi Kargo after shopping online. My order number is ATR90372200. The refund of ₺4,648.90 was supposed to be credited to my credit card once the return arrived, but despite the delay, I still haven’t received it. I’ve called Adidas customer service five times, and each time they assured me the issue would be resolved, yet nothing has changed. I submitted my return within the legal 15-day period and followed all procedures correctly. I request that my refund be deposited into my account as soon as possible.
