adidas Has Not Refunded Me for My Returned Order After a Month
After purchasing with order number "ATR03649173" from the adidas Turkey online store a month ago, I returned the product, and the return was delivered to adidas a month ago. However, I still have not received my refund. I have called multiple times, and each time I’m told, "The return has reached us, but the warehouse is busy," or "Our warehouse made a mistake," or "It’s in the queue." I also filed a complaint with the company, but now they say, "Your complaint is in the queue," and I still haven’t received the refund for the returned product. I am frustrated with adidas's indifference in both sales and after-sales services, especially at a time when online shopping is so common and preferred for its convenience. Despite having records of numerous calls, I have not received any resolution. I am waiting for a response from them to address this issue.
