Adidas Failed to Return My Daughters Shoes After I Sent Them for Inspection
We sent a pair of shoes we bought from Adidas for inspection after just one day of use because they caused blisters on my daughter’s foot. After more than a month without any response, we called to follow up, and they couldn’t even locate the shoes. The store said there was a shipping issue and asked us to wait a few more days, assuring us that our complaint would likely be approved. Now, one and a half months later, we received the same message again from Adidas, saying “Your product has been received for inspection.” I’ve been trying to call the store for ten minutes, and no one is answering. I no longer want to deal with this. If you don’t contact me and issue my refund as soon as possible, I will take the matter to the Consumer Rights Court.
