Adidas Shoe Defects After Just One Month
On June 24th, I eagerly purchased a brand-new pair of Adidas sneakers that had just hit the shelves. To my dismay, they quickly developed deformation near the big toe area on the left side. As the product was still under warranty, I immediately contacted the store and asked them to send it in for warranty evaluation. I sent it in twice, and both times I received the frustrating response "user misuse." This isn't a product that's been worn for six or seven months; it's only been worn twice or three times in a month. What perplexes me is how a well-established behemoth like Adidas could become so preoccupied with such trivial matters. I wouldn't even consider sending it in if it had been used for an extended period of time. It's disheartening how quickly things went downhill. All I can say is that it's a pity. I'm not sure I'll make the same purchase again.
