On June 24th, I eagerly purchased a brand-new pair of Adidas sneakers that had just hit the shelves. To my dismay, they quickly developed deformation near the big toe area on the left side. I sent it in twice, and both times I received the frustrating response "user misuse." This isn't a product that's been worn for six or seven months; it's only been worn twice or three times in a month. What perplexes me is how a well-established behemoth like Adidas could become so preoccupied with such trivial matters.
