Carwiz Did Not Refund €500 Deposit After Rental Made via Vip Cars

Through Vip Cars, I rented a car on the Carwiz website on 24.05.2025, and €500 was charged to my credit card as a deposi...t. There were no issues at the time of return, which I completed on 31.05.2025. However, the €500 deposit has not been refunded. I asked about it via email but received no response
