I Have Not Received My Deposit Refund After Hertz Lesbos Rental
On August 10, 2025, I rented a Toyota Aygo online from Hertz's Lesbos Central branch for one day. However, when I went to pick up the car, it was delivered to me as a Hyundai Kona. I picked up the car at 08:00 a.m. on August 10 and returned it without any problems at 08:00 a.m. on August 11. I was also given a POS device receipt upon return. A €650 deposit was blocked on my Visa credit card during the rental process. However, even though I returned the vehicle in full and on time, my deposit has still not been refunded/blocked two days later. My Reservation Confirmation Number: 641046223, Contract Number: 0614-22863. I demand an immediate refund of my deposit or removal of the hold, as well as a written explanation of the delay. Despite complying with all terms and conditions and paying the car rental fee in advance, I am experiencing a significant inconvenience due to the delayed deposit refund. I request that this matter be resolved immediately.
