I picked up the car at 08:00 a.m. on August 10 and returned it without any problems at 08:00 a.m. on August 11. I was also given a POS device receipt upon return. A €650 deposit was blocked on my Visa credit card during the rental process. However, even though I returned the vehicle in full and on time, my deposit has still not been refunded/blocked two days later. Despite complying with all terms and conditions and paying the car rental fee in advance, I am experiencing a significant inconvenience due to the delayed deposit refund.
