Carwiz Rent A Car Failed to Refund €500 Deposit and Ignored All Contact Attempts

On 12.06.2025, I rented a car from Carwiz Rent A Car under contract no. 25-***650, and the €500 deposit refund has still not been returned to me. I sent emails, but there has been no response, and my phone calls are unanswered. In the first 15 days, they told me over the phone that the refund would be made immediately, but after that, no one has answered the calls. Carwiz is supposedly affiliated with Eşmen Car Rental, yet I have not received any response at all.
