Hertz Midilli Deposit of €650 Not Refunded Despite Timely Return
On August 10, 2025, I booked a Toyota Aygo online from Hertz Midilli Center branch for one day. However, when I arrived, I was given a Hyundai Kona instead. I picked up the car on August 10 at 08:00 and returned it without any issues on August 11 at 08:00. At the time of return, I was also provided with the POS slip confirming the delivery.
During the rental, a €650 deposit was blocked on my Visa credit card. Despite returning the vehicle on time and in perfect condition, the deposit has still not been released/refunded even after two days. My Reservation Confirmation Number is 641046223 and Contract Number is 0614-22863.
I demand the immediate refund/release of my €650 deposit and a written explanation as to why this delay occurred. I complied with all conditions and paid the rental fee in advance, yet this deposit delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request urgent resolution of this matter.
